Heather holds her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, as well as Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations through Dalhousie University. She is recognized as one of the top agents in Canada for the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan.

As the fourth generation of the Doucett family to provide personal insurance and business insurance in Eastern Ontario, she is passionate about her role in the community.
